The Lee Montessori Difference

  • Health: 90% coverage of employee, spouse & dependent premiums

    Retirement: 2% employer match + 2% employer contribution; fully vests after 2 years

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 10 days of paid leave for school-year employees 20 days of paid leave for year-round employees

    Parental Leave: 8 weeks of paid leave for the birth of a child, placement of a child with an employee in connection with adoption or foster care, or placement of a child where an employee legally assumes parental responsibility

    Sick Leave Bank: Employees have the option to donate to the sick leave bank and receive up to 11 days of paid sick leave annually

  • PD Fund: Every employee can use $1,750 annually to support professional development.

    Lifelong Learner Fellowship: Exceptional candidates are able to apply to receive funding to complete the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) training while employed at Lee.

  • In 2023-2024, we are planning additional 10% bonuses for our teachers. Before SY 2024-2025, we will update our salary scales for teachers, assistants, and other staff.
